Who is BuyModa?

Time for the full story. BuyModa is a Modafinil vendor and website operated by "ModafinilMike."

Things were not always doom and gloom for BuyModa. They began their journey in 2019 and were immediately recognized as one of the best Modafinil vendors in the industry. They maintained a high level of service all the way into 2023, standing as one of the most respected names in the game.

While there were some signs, customers were caught completely off guard when the site and staff disappeared. We still don't know the true reasoning here, but BuyModa began having difficulties filling orders that built up until the rug was pulled all at once. Customers were left with no orders and no money.

From 2023 onwards, BuyModa never recovered reputationally. Service quality, order fulfillment, and delivery have all been extremely inconsistent. Some customers would have no issue, while others would face weeks-long delays with next to no communication from support.

And this brings us to one of our major red flags. BuyModa, along with wildly inconsistent service, has changed domains 6 times that we know of.

All of these domains have ended abruptly. There have been multiple claims of hacks and multiple claims of bans, often just as orders started piling up with no fulfillment. Has ModafinilMike been that unlucky to repeatedly lose website after website to Russian hackers? I don’t know. All I can say is I’ve been in this industry for years and we haven’t seen any other vendor experience anything like this. Take of that what you will.

Is BuyModa Legit or a Scam Today?

As of today, I can’t label BuyModa as a full-on scam, but I sure can’t label them as legit either.

From what we’ve seen, there has been activity that strongly correlates with exit scams and money grabs, with large periods between of somewhat functional operations, albeit with wildly inconsistent quality of service.

What Do Customers Think of BuyModa?

BuyModa reviews and reputation have been very bad for years now. They have been banned from most review platforms, but luckily I managed to archive ratings from TrustPilot and Reviews.io.

As you can see from their Reviews.io profile, they had an extensive customer base, but the approval rate was at only 20%. With a 2-star average, many customers felt scammed during times where domains would be abandoned or banned. Others complained of customs seizures without reshipment, lengthy stalls, and poor communication.

Searching "BuyModa Reddit reviews" reveals a plethora of scam accusations. The sheer volume of reports has cemented BuyModa’s reputation. I wouldn’t trust BuyModa with my money, and I don’t recommend readers do either. There are too many other vendors who have been reliable for years with better prices.

Keep in mind these are all archives; BuyModa has been banned from these platforms. Right before their TrustPilot ban, they accumulated over 10 one-star reviews in a row.

Most complaints fall into four main categories:
